USA Hockey Girls Central District National Camps and

Central District Development Camp Tryout

USA Hockey Central District Girl’s Tryout for 2024 will be held at Arctic Ice in Orland Park, IL April 12-14, 2024.  All USA Hockey registered female skaters that wish to try out for USA Hockey National Select Camps as well as the Central District Development Camp MUST attend this tryout to be evaluated.  This is an OPEN tryout; any female residing in the Central District (WI, IL, MO, KS, NE, IA) are eligible to participate.  In 2023, over 445 girls participated in the tryout, register between February 1 and February 15 to secure a spot. Registration will be limited to the following birth years: 2010, 2009, 2008, 2007

Cost is $180.  Late registrations will be placed on a waitlist and will only be accepted if spots become available. Contact Andy Bradford for more information.

  • April 12-14, 2024 – Tryout Camp Orland Park, IL
  • April 22, 2024 – Invitations made for Central District Development Camp, Including Alternates
  • April 30, 2024 – $400 Deposit for Central District Player Development Camp Due
  • May 23, 2024– USA Hockey National Notifications begin
  • May 30, 2024 $300 Balance for Central District Camp Due
  • June 16-20, 2024 Central District Development Camp $700 Green Bay, WI
    • 142 total participants (51 10's, 51 09’s, 20 08’s 20 07’s)
  • July 19-24, 2024 U16/17 Development Camp Miami University, Oxford, OH
    • 2007 3 D, 4 F Goalie At Large
    • 2008 4 D, 7 F Goalie At Large
  • July 25-30, 2024  Select 15 Camp Miami University, Oxford, OH
    • 2009 9 D, 14 F F 1 Goalie (Additional Goalies At Large)
  • August 4-9, 2024 U18 Select Camp Northwood School, Lake Placid, N.Y.
    • All Selections are At Large
